“Advancing Gender Equity” – A Virtual Learning Series for Producer Organizations
The Virtual Learning Series (VLS) is made up of 5 Modules, each Module has 4 to 6 short videos that will highlight the key components of a gender equitable organization and steps organizations on a journey toward greater gender equity. Learning Activities are included in each video to help put knowledge into practice.
The series supports organizations to understand how to take the Equal Origins online Self-Assessment and start to build an action plan which can be shared with interested market allies who may be willing to invest in efforts to improve. The Self-Assessment which will help to measure your organization’s performance on gender equity and identify find solutions for improvement.
Increasing gender equity in an organization is a journey. This series is meant to support organizations to understand the key components of an equitable organization and identify real steps to take on that journey, which will in the end improve outcomes for all.
