Her next goal

“My hope is to build a sustainable future for coffee farming and inspire more women to become confident leaders in agriculture.”

Her story

Achievements

I am proud to be a woman farmer contributing to Myanmar’s coffee industry. My greatest achievement is turning my knowledge and experience into opportunities for women to grow, lead, and succeed in agriculture.

Challenges

Climate change, high farming costs, limited resources, and difficulty accessing markets make farming challenging, especially for women farmers.

Her experience as a woman farmer

I want others to know that being a woman farmer is challenging, but it is also empowering. With knowledge, support, and determination, women can lead, create change, and build a better future for agriculture.
